HELPING STUDENTS OVERCOME STRESS FROM EXAMS AND ASSIGNMENTS.

Many students experience stress and anxiety as a result of exams and assignments, but there are ways to deal with these difficulties. To help you manage the pressure of exams and assignments, consider the following advice.

1. Make a study schedule outlining what you need to study, when you need to study it, and how much time you will need to study it. Plan and prioritize your tasks. Based on their importance and due dates, order your assignments.

2.Tasks should be broken down into manageable pieces because they can be overwhelming when they are large. As you finish each task, this can help you avoid procrastination and give you a sense of accomplishment.

3. Take breaks: During study sessions, taking regular breaks can help you maintain focus and prevent burnout. Every hour or so, give yourself a 5–10 minute break to stretch, get some fresh air, or do something relaxing.

4. Practice relaxation methods: In order to calm your mind and body, it's important to practice relaxation methods like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. Stress can manifest physically.

5. Get enough rest: Sleep deprivation can make it difficult to focus and remember information. Especially during exams, make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

6.Keep things in order: Keeping your workspace and study materials in order can aid in concentration and help you stay focused. To organize and keep track of your notes and assignments, use notebooks, binders, and folders.

7.Ask for assistance if necessary: If you are having trouble with a certain subject or assignment, don't be afraid to ask a teacher, tutor, or fellow student for assistance.

Keep in mind that everyone experiences stress and anxiety occasionally, but with the right approaches and outlook, you can get through these difficulties and do well on your tests and assignments. Lucky you!
